1. FACTS A - An excellent tool for routine analysis - Functional Assessments start with this tool. Helps to focus the attention on a single problematic routine - once routine is chosen then a functional assessment of that routine can be commenced
2. Functional Assessment Flow Chart - Sets out the range of possibilities for what the student 'gets' or 'avoids' (the possible function of the behaviour)
3. Functional Assessment Competing Pathway Proforma - The boxes used to detail the Problem Behaviour, Antecedent, Setting Event and Consequence plus Desired Behaviour and Acceptable Alternatives
